The Apollo Hospital located at Keystone #9 at Verne Ring near West Harbor reported yesterday that they treated an unusually high number of concussions and one fractured ankle from visiting high school students from California, USA. The Hospital put out a warning in the hopes to prevent further students from suffering the same fate. This week is the climax of the annual International High School Lunar Science Competition that has drawn students here from various schools representing several countries from Earth. Evidently the students, from multiple schools in California, staying at the Pension Guest House on West Street, decided to have their own physical competition to see who could jump the highest. And then some tested how far down they could jump from the upper-level balconies without getting hurt. Unfortunately, the winners all ended up with a visit to the Hospital for treatment. Apollo Hospital reported that 18 minors aged 15 to 17 suffered concussions from hitting balconies, ceilings, and when coming down, landscaping and each other. One youth who was not jumping got banged in the head by a fellow student’s return trip. There was one fractured ankle and two sprained ankles in the group. The situation is caused by new arrivals from Earth, who discover they can jump about 3 meters (10 ft) into the air, where on Earth they are lucky to jump over a foot into the air. The trip up and back lasts about 4 seconds.
Jainey Hainey, I am really upset with you.
